Denton FFL Transfers
FOR DENTON FFL TRANSFERS:
Step 1: Click the "Submit Request" Button and then fill out the FFL Transfer form.
Step 2: Once you "submit" the requested information, the confirmation page will give you the exact God Family and AR15s (Home based FFL) shipping address in NE Denton, TX near the waterpark that you can have the shipper send the guns to.
Step 3: Sit back and relax! We will contact the shipper, exchange any information necessary, and of course keep you informed every step along the way.
Step 4: When we receive the weapon you will come to the FFL shipping address, complete the background check, if necessary, and the appropriate paperwork.
INBOUND: $25 per firearm.
OUTBOUND: $25 plus shipping cost.
NICS Only: $20 per firearm.
Denton FFL Transfer Note:
We do: (1) any inbound USA originated transfers and (2) outbound transfers of any non NFA weapon within Texas, and (3) transfers of Long Guns and Shotguns outside of Texas as long as the state that the weapon is being shipped to meets all requirements.
We at God Family and Ar-15's take our responsibilities as a federal firearm licensed dealer serious. We refuse the right to transfer any weapon for any reason. That said, we are proud supporters of the second amendment and look forward to working with you on your next gun purchase!

Fun Fact - The most popular sporting rifle design in America today! It is a platform that can be converted to numerous calibers or setups that can be used from hunting big game to varmints, then switched over to be used for home defense within seconds. The AR in "AR-15" rifle stands for ArmaLite after the company that developed it in the 1950's. It does not stand for "Assault Rifle" or Automatic Rifle" as many think. Further more AR's are not Assault weapons because they were deemed illegal for civilians to own many years back in 1934. An Assault weapon is by definition a fully automatic Machine Gun.

Fun Fact - Handguns can be classified by the type of "Action" they have. The action is made up of the parts of the handgun that loads, unloads, fires, and then ejects the cartridge. Actions are either single-shot or repeating styles. A single shot pistol must be re-loaded each time the habdgun is fired. A repeating hangun like a revolver or semi-automatic pistol have extra cartridges ready in a magazine or cylinder.

Fun Fact - Shotguns were not called shotguns back in the day! In fact, a book called "Frontier Language of the West" ironically was the first time the shotgun was called the shotgun. Remind me not to buy that book! Before this time, shoulder-held firearms of this sort were known as muskets, and there were both a smooth bore and a rifled variety. The British used smoothbore fowling guns and they combined "buckshot" with their musket balls to increase the damage and ultimately improve any potential for hitting their enemy.

The big question..... Do we put a great big neon light above our prized guns for the thieves in the form of a secure gun safe? Or... do we conceal them in open sight? They both have their advantages. Honestly, both are probably the solution.
The more guns we have the better right? Well for us that is true anyway! It may not be feasible to have every gun hidden in a piece of furniture throughout the house so the gun safe may make sense for many of them. But how long does it take us to get in the gun safe during a home invasion at night? Is it near you or is the threat between you and your safe?
Concealment furniture allows you to strategically place a number of weapons throughout the house so that you will always have the advantage of time and location. And not just you but your family members as well!
